Very often, on a vegan diet, you want to eat dessert – lousy and vegan. There are many simple and delicious vegan desserts, but it takes a lot of time and energy to make them. In addition, not everyone likes to bake desserts. I offer you several recipes for vegan desserts without baking:

Chia pudding

One of my favorite desserts is ostentatious and mega healthy. And chia seeds are rich in calcium. This dessert is very satisfying. You can cook it on water or any vegetable milk.

Ingredients:

– Chia seeds – 40 grams;

– coconut milk – 200 ml;

– add sweetener as desired.

Preparation:

1. Add chia seeds to coconut milk, stirring constantly.

2. Leave on for 2 minutes and mix again. So repeat 1-2 times.

3. Clean for 30 minutes in the refrigerator (I clean in the refrigerator for the night, so that in the morning I can enjoy a delicious breakfast and not waste time cooking).

4. Remove from the refrigerator, decorate and eat. I usually decorate with berries, heaps of fruit, mint. It’s also very tasty to add mango puree to the pudding.)

Raspberry Souffle

Ingredients:

– raspberries – 350 grams;

– vegetable milk – 100 ml ;

– water – 80ml;

– sweetener to taste;

– agar-agar – 2 grams.

Cooking:

1. Beat raspberries, sweetener, and milk in a blender until smooth.

2. Heat the water and pour agar-agar into it, bring to a boil, and boil for a couple of minutes until agar-agar dissolves.

3. Mix raspberries with milk along with agar-agar. Pour into molds and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

When serving, garnish with raspberries and a sprig of mint.

The ingredients:

– flesh of fresh coconut – 200gram;

– peeled sunflower seeds – 100 grams;

– hazelnuts – 50 grams;

– honey – 80 ml;

– coconut oil (melted) – 60 ml;

– cocoa powder – 50 grams.

Cooking:

1. Coconut, seeds, and hazelnut chopper.

2. Mix all the ingredients, mix thoroughly and roll up around sweets. It can be refrigerated for 20 minutes.

If desired, you can decorate with sesame seeds or coconut.

Chocolate avocado

Ingredients:

– soft avocado – 1 piece;

– cocoa powder – 5g;

– honey or maple syrup – 15-20 ml.

Cooking:

.1. Mash avocados with a fork or kill in a blender.

2. Add cocoa powder and honey. Stir well.

3. Add your favorite berries or fruits, nuts. And enjoy.)
