For a very long time I was looking for a recipe for a delicious vegan biscuit. I tried a bunch of options, but everything was not so hard or tasteless. And finally, I found a simple vegan biscuit recipe !!! It is delicious both on its own and with cream. And yes, even vegan food can be so tasty.
- whole-grain flour – 300 grams;
- coconut sugar – 150 grams
- coconut oil – 60 ml;
- orange juice – 200 ml;
- orange zest – 20 grams;
- water – 50 ml;
- baking soda – 5 grams;
- salt – 3 grans;
- apple vinegar – 25 ml.
Orange juice beat with orange zest, coconut oil, sugar, baking soda, salt, apple vinegar.
Sift the flour and add it to other products. Dissolve soda with water and add to dough.
Pour the dough into a mold and put it in a preheated oven.
Bake for 60-80 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
The finished biscuit should stand for 10 hours. After that, you can eat cake.
It can be cut and greased with cream (coconut cream + coconut sugar), garnish with berries.
